Our "little" all-inclusive resort is one of the few clothing optional, adult couples only, facilities in all of Mexico. We're close enough to Cancun to make your journey here easy and convenient, but yet we are far enough from the city that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the quiet solitude & privacy that we offer.

We're not at all like one of those "Mega" hotels you may have visited in Cancun. In fact we have only 30 rooms and suites, but you will find all are beachfront, impeccably clean, spacious, with travertine marble floors, ceiling fans, color satellite TV, and air conditioning.

All rooms are beach front, impeccably clean, spacious, with travertine marble floors, ceiling fans, color satellite TV, and air conditioning. There are no phones in the rooms but there is fax and phone service in the lobby. (We recommend that you bring your AT&T, MCI, or Sprint calling card with you because the International long distance rates thru the local phone company can be very expensive.)

Accommodations types:

  • Run Of The House- R.O.H. two full sized beds (400 + sq. feet.)
  • Studio - King size bed with large terrace or patio (600 sq. feet) living room area and kitchen.
  • One Bedroom Penthouse - 1000 sq. feet, with king size bed, a fold out queen-size sofa, and an extra large terrace. Finished kitchens with utensils in all studios and suites.

    Effective April 15, 2002 - December 14, 2002
    All inclusive rates are per couple. The pricing includes all meals, all domestic drinks and liquor, gratuities, daily activities and non motorized water sports. All rooms are ocean view.

    Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 1:00 PM: If you wish to stay at the resort after check out time there is a $15 per hour charge for food and drinks. You will be provided a place to change and shower and store your luggage.
    Note: 10% IVA Mexican tax not included.

    DEPOSITS & PAYMENT POLICY:
    All payments are made by check or money order. Payments of two nights deposit will be due with 10 days of booking and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

    CANCELLATION POLICY :
    If you cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival there will be a one night charge and you will receive a one night refund. If you cancel after your final payment has been made there will be no refund but you will get credit for the nights to use at another time.
